Our Process

We try to make each phase of our process as seamless as possible. To keep our clients fully in the loop, the client is a part of each phase throughout the entire project. This way, the client is involved and communicating directly with us, resulting in designs that align with their vision.

1.) On Boarding Phase

During our on boarding phase, we really take the time to learn more about our client and their needs for their project. We offer an initial complimentary consultation to start to lay down the foundation for a successful work relationship. After all of the details of the proposal and contract have been set in place, the client will receive a complete welcome packet with their project details and what to expect throughout the remaining phases.

2.) Discovery Phase

This phase is for discovering what your business stands for, how you envision your website and brand to look, and how we can align your design materials with achieving your business goals. We will go through a series of steps in this phase including creating a mood board, researching other brands, and laying out a sitemap for your website design. Lastly, we will complete this phase with a strategy consult to go over the specific details of your content, photography, and next steps.

3.) Brand Design Phase

The website design and brand design phases are the most fun part. The designer will design concepts to show the client. This will include the client’s logo design, logo variations, sub-marks, social media art, and other elements of their brand package. The client will be provided with 3 concepts to choose from for each element. Whichever option is decided upon, the client will receive up to 3 revisions per item.

4.) Website Design Phase

During the website design phase, the client will receive gray scaled wireframes of their pages. By showing the client a visual in gray scale, the client can focus on the actual content and photo layout instead of worrying about fonts and color selection at this point. Following this step, the designer will fully complete the homepage design for approval by the client with content, photos, colors, and fonts included.

5.) Developmental Phase

Onto the development phase, the designer will fully develop all pages of the website design and upload all content and photography. After completion, the client will be able to thoroughly go through the complete design to come up with their list of changes and minor adjustments that they have. The designer will complete the changes and finalize the design.

6.) Launch Phase

At this point, the website and brand design are complete! We will have discussed some details in your strategy consult about launching to help you hype it up to your audience. Furthermore, the client will be provided with a helpful launch sheet and a post launch packet. The post launch packet contains information about website maintenance, future responsibilities of the client, and training help. And then your final design will be published to the public!
